What I do

Learning that turns AI into real capability

Online courses

Self-paced courses across five paths — AI foundations, data and machine learning, generative AI engineering, responsible AI, and AI for leaders — built on clear objectives, real scenarios and honest assessment.

AI literacy training

Article 4 of the EU AI Act asks organisations to support AI literacy among their staff. I design and deliver workshops tailored to roles — from leadership to product and HR teams.

Technical upskilling

Hands-on programmes for technical teams — Python, NLP, LLM applications, AI agents and deployment — plus governance programmes that put responsible AI into practice.

Built on labour-market data

Which AI skills are employers hiring for?

AI literacy, prompt engineering, AI engineering and agentic AI, Python and cloud deployment, and governance. See what LinkedIn, the WEF, PwC, Coursera and others found — and how each course maps to it.

About

Technical depth, taught clearly

I hold a PhD and an MSc in artificial intelligence and natural language processing, and I've spent my career turning complex technical topics into learning people can actually use — including learning design work with QA, BT and AllWomen.

That combination matters. Whether you're learning to prompt an LLM, build an AI agent or comply with the EU AI Act, you need to understand how AI systems are actually built, trained and deployed. My courses connect the technical and the practical.

Academic publications appear under my former name, Reyhaneh Hashempour.

Areas of focus

  • Generative AI, prompting and large language models
  • Natural language processing and machine learning
  • LLM applications, RAG and AI agents
